We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.
• Accept responsibility for activities conducted through their account.

4. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Use services for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the services.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Use the services to distribute spam, fraudulent, or misleading content.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and intellectual property associated with CFE Solutions remain the exclusive property of CFE Solutions or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to users.

6. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of data entered into the services.

CFE Solutions processes customer data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer data.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge this inherent risk.

8. Fees and Payments

Where applicable:

• Subscription fees are payable according to the agreed pricing plan.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect availability.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party applications, websites, or services.

CFE Solutions is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFE Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Loss of data.
• Business interruption.

Our total liability arising from the use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFE Solutions, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• Use of the services presents security, legal, or operational risks.

Users may discontinue use of the services at any time subject to contractual commitments.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business, technical, and commercial information exchanged during the course of service delivery.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to Terms

CFE Solutions may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the services after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
